Meet the Team

Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

We are a team of education and psychometric testing experts that work with schools and school districts around the country. We believe that feedback from students, parents, and staff can be transformed into actionable strategies. Meaningful actions empower educators, improve student outcomes, and cultivate a thriving learning environment.

Founder & CEO

Dave discovered his passion for computer programming in 1981 when he was just nine years old. After graduating from Stanford during the dot com boom in the mid 90's, Dave discovered another passion - psychometrics. (Yeah, we know it’s a bit strange...). Dave loves that he still gets to spend his days developing assessments, analyzing data, and designing software that helps make life a little better for people all over the world every day.

VP of Marketing & Business Development

My favorite classes were the introductory courses to all the subjects that ended in "ology" (like biology, psychology, sociology, etc.) because they sparked my curiosity about how the world and human behavior work, each offering a unique lens to explore complex concepts. In 7th grade, I loved science class because the hands-on experiments made learning exciting and helped me understand how things work in the real world.

Christine Ipolyi

My favorite K-12 teacher was Mr. Gardiner because he shared his passion for environmentalism through hands-on and inquiry based teaching. I remember doing a pond "study" in the small park next to my school, mapping the plant life in our playground, going on field trips and an overnight camping trip to learn about ecosystems and local geology. All of it was so engaging, so much fun.

Senior Director of Education and Equity

My favorite class was US History with Ms. Cooper. She introduced me to political cartoons, which I taped all over my binders. She made what we were learning relevant to our lives and prioritized developing our media literacy skills - something that still feels really important today. She made me feel like my voice mattered and taught me how important it is to actively participate in our democracy.

My favorite class was art because it allowed me to tap into my creativity and discover different methods to make art. I continued taking art classes through college and still strive to make time for this.

My favorite class was history because I loved learning about the past. My favorite teacher taught Geography and he had a pet squirrel that kept us entertained.
