Bill Freund
VP of Marketing & Business Development
Bill is passionate about gathering feedback and using the data for continuous improvement across the organization. He started his career doing focus groups at a top software company (acquired by IBM). That led him to invent and launch a unique feedback system, which he then sold to leading companies around the world. After graduating from Harvard Business School and working for Microsoft, he helped grow several VC-backed (and subsequently acquired) Internet start-ups which offered innovative survey platforms.

He plays a pivotal role in crafting our go-to-market strategies, establishing strategic partnerships, and fostering strong client relationships, all while continuously enhancing our solutions to meet evolving market needs.
