Our Story

We believe that happy teachers lead to happy students and thriving schools. Twenty-five years ago, we noticed a gap: schools had plenty of data but very little ‘voice.’ We set out to change that. Our work grew out of the understanding and research that when teachers and staff feel supported, valued, and meaningfully included in decision making, students have better academic outcomes, better attendance, and a better educational experience.
